Forms

This site has no forms and no user accounts. You can use every tool on it without telling us who you are.

Cookies and analytics

We use the privacy-friendly analytics tool Matomo, hosted on our own server (st.upzilla.co), to see which pages are useful. Without your consent it works without cookies and stores nothing on your device: it records the pages you visit with an anonymised IP address, and visits are not linked to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice does Matomo also set the cookies _pk_id (13 months) and _pk_ses (30 minutes) to recognise returning visits; legal basis for them: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Statistics are not shared with anyone.

Your choice is stored in the essential cookie consent for 13 months. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Hosting and security

The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver pages, protect the site from attacks and keep short-lived logs (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which receives your IP address when the page loads. Both providers may process data outside the EU; the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to dataprotection@upzilla.co. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the current version. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
